Die Wohnung ansich war schön ! Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können , und mehr Stauraum für die Kleider geben dürfen . Der Grill war nicht benutztbar und die Liegestühle haben auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen .
Aber die Lage ist toll . Man hat den See direkt vor sich und kann wunderbar draußen sitzen .

La posizione dell'appartamento è bellissima. La disponibilità e la cortesia della reception è stata molto buona, inoltre buone capacità di problem, solving, riguardo all'asciugacapelli che non era presente in alloggio che poi ci è stato fornito, ed un problema con la caldaia risolto velocemente, in quanto era stata solo spenta erroneamente.
Sicuramente l'alloggio ha grandi potenzialità ancora non sfruttate al massimo. La cucina sufficientemente fornita di stoviglie ed utensili. Si può raggiungere comodamente a piedi il centro con una bella passeggiata lungo lago. Nelle vicinanze ci sono bar, ristoranti ed anche un supermercato facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.
La recinzione del giardino purtroppo non ha soddisfatto appieno le mie aspettative, in quanto avendo un cane di piccola/ media taglia poteva uscire attraverso degli spazi lasciati vuoti, se ci fosse stata invece, una recinzione a maglie, il cane non sarebbe potuto uscire dal giardino, questo è importante anche per motivi di sicurezza, sia per il cane, che per chi transita sul vialetto adiacente. La camera era veramente piccola, si faceva fatica a salire lateralmente sul letto ed inoltre non vi era un letto matrimoniale ma due materassi singoli sopra a due reti singole ed inevitabilmente al centro si formava un buco non troppo comodo.
Per quel che riguarda la raccolta differenziata vi era un solo sacchetto per tipologia di rifiuto ed ovviamente non sono bastati perciò ho dovuto necessariamente utilizzare i miei, nonostante sul regolamento vi era specificato di utilizzare quelli messi a disposizione. Inoltre il bidoncino era solo uno, perciò dovevo lasciare a terra gli altri sacchetti. Queste naturalmente vogliono essere osservazioni per migliorare il servizio, perché al momento il prezzo pagato per il soggiorno non è proprio in linea con il servizio erogato.
Basterebbe un po' di cura e attenzione ai dettagli che molto spesso fanno la differenza per soddisfare i bisogni del cliente.
